A 5 simply because its hard to judge, it doesnt deserve a blam, but maybe in future a rethink of how to gather criticisms and suggestions for your work without submitting them and causing this kind of rage from the typical newgrounds member.

Now the review, its actually quite enjoyable, i can see it working really well in the future if refined as you said. Not enough to really get a feel for the game. But hey, it works even if every time i try the computer beats me in the first 2 seconds with a sleeper hold. But I'd definately play a final release...

And why does it make me laugh that their breathing is depicted by their breasts getting bigger and smaller?

I really like the style and it looks like effort went into it, maybe slow the pace just a tad and make it longer with some more plot and you're onto a winner!
